1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents (excluding NT residents) aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

4. Entrants must provide the Promoter with proof of identification if requested in order to claim a prize. Failure to produce the required identification when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.

5. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

6. To enter, individuals must visit www.taylorswines.com.au, follow the prompts to the competition entry page, input the requested details and submit the fully completed entry form during the promotional period.

7.  Only one (1) entry permitted per person.

8. Promotion commences at the date and time indicated in Item 1.  Entries close at the date and time indicated in Item 2. All times will be based on Sydney local time. The draw will take place at Taylors Wines, 1 – 3 Charles Street, Petersham, NSW 2049 at the date and time indicated in Item 3. Each winner will be notified by mail and winners’ names (of prizes valued at over $250) will be published in The Australian within fourteen (14) days of the relevant draw date. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The prize or prizes to be awarded are indicated in Item 4. The exact prize or prizes to be awarded will be specified on advertising online. If more than one prize is to be awarded, the prizes will be awarded in descending order of value.

10. Unless otherwise advised in these Terms and Conditions all other costs associated with the redemption of a prize are the responsibility of the winner.

11. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

12. Total prize pool is valued at the value indicated in Item 5.  Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

13. The Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw (if required) to award any unclaimed prizes at the same place as the original draw on the date and time indicated in Item 6 which will be no sooner than 3 months after the original draw. In the case of any winners (of prizes valued at over $250), their names will be published in The Australian within 14 days of the relevant unclaimed prize draw date.

14. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

15. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

16. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.

17.  The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy responsibly.  Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines. A full version of the guidelines is available at www.nhmrc.gov.au.
 
18. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
