Spicy Spaghetti Marinara
A spicy Italian seafood classic, here now for you to enjoy at home. Incorporating fresh fish, squid, prawns and mussels, along with rich Italian flavours of garlic, tomato and your favourite Taylors white wine.
3 tbsp virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbsp parsley
250 ml Taylors white wine
3 tbsp tomato paste
2 cans (800 ml) peeled tomatoes
500 gm Spaghetti
250 gm squid
250 gm white fish
250 gm green prawns
500 gm mussels
Sauté onion & garlic in olive oil in a saucepan.
Pour in wine and let evaporate. Add tinned tomatoes and paste, simmer for 20 minutes.
Add mussels, prawns, squid and fish, cover and cook for 5 minutes,
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and add to saucepan.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
