Salmon Pâté

On a bright, clear day; what could be better than a picnic in the sun with succulent salmon pate on sourdough bread or water crackers?

Ingredients

250g fresh salmon steak
1 pot cream cheese
fresh dill


Directions

Wrap the salmon in foil and bake in a medium oven for 10 minutes.

Cube the salmon, place in a blender and add the cream cheese.

Add chopped dill, chill in refrigerator before serving.
