Chargrilled Steak with Peri Peri Sauce

Explore the heat of spicy peri peri chilli sauce. A full bodied red, like shiraz, fits excellently next to a juicy chargrilled steak.


2 large steaks
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cracked pepper
sea salt
peri peri sauce


Drizzle steaks with oil. Sprinkle with cracked pepper. Grill over barbecue.

Sprinkle with salt. Leave to rest for 5 minutes. Serve hot with peri peri sauce.
