Bruscetta

Classic antipasto. Rich tomatoes, bright basil and crusty ciabatta bread burst upon the tastebuds. Partner with your favourite Taylors vibrant dry white or light-bodied red.

Ingredients

1 loaf of ciabatta bread

6 vine ripened tomatoes

olive oil

1 clove of garlic

fresh basil

salt & pepper


Directions

Chop tomatoes into fine cubes, pour over olive oil, add chopped fresh basil, salt & pepper.



Slice the ciabatta into 2 cm slices, grill on hot plate. Brush bread with olive oil, rub garlic clove over bread, spoon tomatoes on top, serve immediately.
