You are invited to unlock the cellars of Australia’s 12 leading family owned wineries and share their family jewels, old and new. Hosted by Australia’s First Families of Wine, the custodians of over 1200 years of collective winemaking experience, across 16 regions and 48 generations.
The most comprehensive tasting of Australia’s wine icons by the people who made them, this is an event not to be missed.

Over the two days Paolo’s kitchen will offer guests a sample of mouthwatering Italian fare ranging from Traditional Wood-fired Pizza & Pasta, to Fresh Seafood & Antipasto Plates featuring a selection of cured meats, olives, cheeses, traditional vegetables & other delicacies, Dolci (Sweets) & Gelati (Italian Icecream).

The Long Table Wine Dinner with La Pecora Nera

Join us at the Long Table under the marquee for a culinary journey through Italy with authentic dishes matched to award-winning Taylors wines in our enchanting vineyard garden setting.
The degustation menu has been crafted by Paolo Vitozzi from La Pecora Nera in nearby Burra and will feature the best of local Clare Valley produce.
Each superb tasting dish will be accompanied by an equally superb glass of wine, specially selected by our winemaker and will include some rare selections from our museum.
Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase bottles of wine on the night. Buon Appetito!
Places at the long table are strictly limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
Cost: $95 per person.

This is a 5 course degustation featuring our latest Jaraman & St Andrews vintge releases including the highly awarded 06 St Andrews Shiraz; hosted by Adam Johnson from Taylors Wines.
Adam will lead an informative discussion on on the wines, covering such things as the estate and its origins, wine making techniques and also talking openly about the good and the bad of the 2012 vintage; which is currently in full flight.
