Wine Palate

A balanced medium bodied wine with a lively palate of juicy red berries, plum, cassis, chocolate and spice. The wine has a soft, supple feel with silky smooth tannins from oak maturation.
This is the quintessential Australian blend. The oh-so enjoyable combination of plum fruits and spicy pepper make it the perfect wine to take to a BBQ or your favourite pizza parlour.

"Deep garnet in colour. Tight bouquet of strawberries, cloves, rosemary and eucalyptus with just a touch of black currant. On the palate this wine is smooth and full of velvety tannins that move into a bacon scented, smoky finish. It has a soft elegance about it. Oh yes, nice legs!
