A bright wine of light to medium yellow appearance with a slight green hue.

Wine Bouquet
The wine exhibits aromas of apricot, lime and white peach fruit characters with slight nutmeg nuances. The fruit characters are balanced with stylish oak nuances of cashew, almond and cedar.

Wine Palate
The palate is elegant in weight and structure yet rich in complex flavours. The palate shows fruit characters of fig, melon and peach, while the French oak maturation contributes characters of cedar, cashew and spice. The wine has a crisp acid structure and a rich creamy midpalate.

Cellaring Notes
Immediately approachable but may benefit from carefull cellaring up to 2008.
