Wine Colour
On release, the wine is pale straw colour with a slightly green tinge to the edge.

Wine Bouquet
The wine has lifted, complex aromas of subtle white peach and nectarine along with secondary aromas of cream and cashew nuts from lees stirring and oak maturation.

Wine Palate
The Clare Valley component delivers mid-palate weight and richness with fleshy stone fruit flavours of yellow nectarine and white peach along with subtle orange blossom. The Adelaide Hills component delivers elegance and length with restrained citrus flavours to the mid-palate. Barrel fermentation and subsequent battonage has given the wine a delicious, creamy character. French oak fermentation and maturation has also added a strong cashew character and subtle spice to the palate. The wine has a clean, pure acid line and great persistence.
