Wine Colour
On release, the wine is deep cherry red with blue, purple hues.
Wine Bouquet
The wine has intense fruit-focused aromas of red cherry, raspberry and rosehip along with subtle spice and will develop more complex, savoury characters as it ages.
Wine Palate
This is a medium-bodied wine with a supple yet rich palate. The ripe cherry characters of the Adelaide Hills marry beautifully with the red berry fruit flavours and more earthy characters of the Yarra Valley. Silky tannins grace the mid-palate and fine French oak adds complexity to the finish.
Cellaring Notes
Perfect for immediate enjoyment but will also reward cellaring in ideal conditions up to 2012.
