Wine Colour
Pale, youthful green.
Wine Bouquet
The bouquet is vibrant, fruit driven and appealing with an array of fresh lime, lemon and apricot aromas. There are also sweet floral perfume and spice characters on the nose.
Wine Palate
The wine is instantly refreshing with a zingy, lively acidity. Flavours of lime and lemon abound on a
delicate yet generous balanced palate. A highlight of the wine is the balance between the lime and rose
water characters of Clare and the steely, mineral characters of Eden Valley. The palate finishes with
great length and has beautiful fruit balance and persistence.
Cellaring Notes
This wine will benefit from careful cellaring to 2010, possibly longer.
