Wine Colour
Pale straw with a green hue.
Wine Bouquet
The wine has an intense fresh lifted aroma of lime, citrus blossom and subtle rose petal.
Wine Palate
Intense lime and grapefruit characters are evident throughout the palate. The wine has an underlying mineral character which adds to the elegance of the wine. The acid is crisp and gives good length and line to the wine. The wine has a clean and refreshing finish with excellent persistence long after the wine has left the mouth.
Suggested Food Matching
Green bean salad, poached chicken with lemongrass and sweet chilli dipping sauce, or fresh oysters.
Cellaring Notes
The wine can be enjoyed immediately or will reward lovers of aged Riesling with careful cellaring up to and possibly beyond 2014.

100 Top New Release Wines
The soft, refined, seamless flow of the palate is a highlight of this wine. It has delicacy and clean minerality. The dry finish has a touch of phenolic firmness which doesn't interrupt the line and will probably aid its maturation.
