Wine Colour
Pale straw with a green hue.
Wine Bouquet
A sublime aroma of lemon zest, fresh kaffir lime and a hint of roses and talc.
Wine Palate
The Clare fruit delivers restrained power with ample tight acidity and citrus flavours while the Eden Valley fruit adds a touch of mineral complexity. The resultant wine shows flavours of fresh lemon, subtle kaffir lime, a steely mid-palate with cleansing acidity. The wine has an underlying mineral character which adds to the elegance of the wine.
Cellaring Notes
This wine can be enjoyed immediately or will reward lovers of aged Riesling with careful cellaring up to and possibly beyond 2013.

Time to Renew That Semillon Relationship
Very intense, almost steely crisp riesling sourced from Eden and Clare Valleys in South Australia. Lifted floral lemon blossom notes on the nose. The palate is tight but intensely flavoured with a long penetrating acidity sustaining it beautifully.
