On release the wine is very pale, almost colourless with a slight green hue.
Wine Bouquet
The wine displays a very pretty, floral aroma along with lime and lemon with a hint of mineral talc.
Wine Palate
The Clare Valley component delivers ample ripe citrus flavours with tight acidity while the Eden Valley parcel adds a touch of mineral complexity. The resultant wine shows flavours of fresh lemon, subtle kaffir lime, a steely mid-palate with cleansing acidity. The wine has an underlying mineral character which adds to the elegance of the wine.

Dogged by foul election issues
Absolutely scrumptious stuff that smells so wonderfully you don't want to drink it and remove that pleasure. 2010's best riesling. Even red-hardened preachers partook.

James Halliday, Wine Companion 2011, September 2010
Vivid green hue; lime and talc bouquet, and showing just a little steel in the background; lemon comes to the fore on entry, with vibrant acidity and surprisingly generous texture from start to finish; will age well, but early consumption will be rewarded.

Riesling
An attractive floral/lime riesling that is quite dry but has weight and length. Purity itself.

Saline, lime, fresh white flowers, mineral, apple ad toast aromas. Wonderfully pure, fresh lemon flavour and a touch of smokiness on the finish. It has a lovely length and balance.

Australian Wine Annual, November 2011
Fresh and pristine, with a faintly candied but floral perfume of lime juice, bathpowder, lemon rind and minerals. Long, juicy and brightly flavoured, it's palate is underpinned by fine dusty chalkiness whose tangy flavours of lime, lemon, apple and pear are streamlined towards a shapely and sculptured finish punctuated by taut but quite gentle acids.
