Wine Colour
A light pale yellow with a shallow greenish hue.

Wine Bouquet
The aroma is of tropical fruit with lime, citrus, melon fruit and green apples. A faint lifted grassy aroma of
Sauvignon Blanc cuts through the lime and melon of Semillon. Fresh, lively and appealing

Wine Palate
A delicate yet full flavoured wine with round and generous structure. The palate has great balance finishing slightly dry, with crisp acidity adding length and freshness. Varietal flavours are evident across the palate from crisp green apples and kiwifruit to citrus and a faint honey overtone. An enjoyable wine which is delicate yet generously flavoured.

Cellaring Notes
To be enjoyed while young and fresh. Serve chilled ~ 8-10 degrees Celsius.
