Wine Colour
A light yellow colour with a hint of green.

Wine Bouquet
The aroma is clean and intense showing abundant tropical fruit, lime, melon, citrus and pear.

Wine Palate
This wine is both elegant and generous in flavour. The Semillon imparts a characteristic mouth-filling quality, while the ripe Sauvignon Blanc provides flavours of honeydew melon and citrus. The well-balanced palate also has lingering characters of lime, and ginger.

Cellaring Potential
To be enjoyed while young and fresh. Serve chilled ~ 8-10 degrees Celsius.
