Wine Colour
An attractive, bright hue of medium to dark ruby red.
Wine Bouquet
Attractive, lifted varietal aromas of black cherry, cassis, mint and faint eucalypt all intermingle to give
complexity. The nose is ripe and enticing with oak elements of chocolate and cocoa filling out the bouquet.
Wine Palate
A rich wine with concentrated ripe fruit flavours of plum and cherry. Fine tannins, which are strong and long on the palate marry well with some quality French oak giving hints of cedar and tobacco to finish.
Cellaring Notes
Delicious upon release but will reward careful cellaring. Ideal to 2010, even possibly to 2015.
