Intense, dark ruby / brick red.
Wine Bouquet
Aromas of plums, eucalypt, cinnamon and spice abound on rich, creamy oakderived vanillin and mocha.
Wine Palate
An enormously flavoured wine with fruit characters of black cherry, plums and ripe berries. The oak is[/b] strong, and adds to the powerful palate with vanilla, cigar box,
coffee and toast. Overall, the balanced silky tannins enhance the mouthfeel and although technically dry, the wine has truly enjoyable fruit sweetness. A delightful wine giving amazing persistence and length of flavours.
