Wine Colour
At release the wine is a pale straw with a slight bronze tinge to the edge.
Wine Bouquet
The wine has distinctly lifted varietal aromas of nashi pear with subtle musk and orange blossom. The overall bouquet is fresh, clean and very enticing.
Wine Palate
This wine, crafted in the French style of the varietal, has an elegant palate with regional varietal characters of pear, citrus and subtle spice. There is a pleasing texture to the mid-palate with good acid structure and length. The wine finishes on a pleasing soft note.

This delightfully fresh and zesty pinot gris comes from a mix of Clare and Adelaide Hills fruit. Has a light citrus and dusty herbaceous fruit mix on the nose and palate. Lovely light pear and spices lift the finish. Ideal summer quaffing.
