Wine Colour
Red with a subtle purple hue.
Wine Bouquet
The aroma displays red currant and black cherry primary fruit characters. The complexity of the wine is increased by spice, clove, cinnamon and slight earthy characters.
Wine Palate
This medium bodied wine has great length and silky tannins. It has a complex array of flavours on the palate including sweet spices of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg along with black cherry and subtle cigar box characters.
Cellaring Notes
Sealed under screw cap to preserve the lifted aromas into the future. The wine will age with careful cellaring to 2009, possibly longer.
