Wine Colour
At release the wine is almost colourless with only a very pale straw appearance.

Wine Bouquet
The wine has distinctly lifted varietal aromas of tropical fruit characters such as passionfruit and melon are balanced with lime, spice and a hint of grass.

Wine Palate
This wine has an elegant palate with regional varietal definition of passionfruit and lime. The wine fills the mouth with fresh tropical fruit flavours and also has a long, cleansing acidity. The wine has great balance and length of flavour on the finish.

This wine should be enjoyed whilst young and fresh
