Grape Expectations
Wine drinkers are giving chardonnay the flick in favour of sauvignon blanc and this is one of the reasons why. From the cool-climate Adelaide Hills, its aromatic and vibrant with upfront passionfruit and tropical flavours, lively acidity and a crisp, clean finish. Drink it with fresh seafood.

Sauvignon Blanc and Blends
A big, round and complex wine, with lots of zesty lime. Notes of lifted peach with a full mouth feel and lovely honey and peach flavours. Mineral flint, with floral notes. A lifted, big flavour.
