Lovely, bright aromas of apple, gooseberry and citrus greet you on the nose. The palate offers up flavours of apples, lemon, lime and gooseberry, with a note of fresh minerals. Crisp but not too light nor too dry, fans of balanced sauvignon Blanc should check this bottle out for themselves.

Light yellow. Citrus fruits and fresh-cut grass on the nose. An open-knit mid-weight that offers lemon curd and orange flavours and a hint of musky herbs. Shows a touch of warmth on the broad, supple finish.
