Taylors Estate
Wine Colour
At release the wine is a very pale straw with a green edged hue.
WIne Bouquet
The wine is distinctly Australian with fresh aromas of passionfruit, rockmelon and guava with a hint of cut grass.
Wine Palate
This wine has a fresh and zippy palate with regional varietal flavours of tropical fruit up front and then gooseberry and hints of lemon from the mid-palate. Overall, the wine fills the mouth with flavour and a cleansing acidity. The finish has a hint of grassiness and great persistence.

If you've been around for more than a year or two and drink wine it's better than even money you've drunk something from the Taylors' range. Now in its third generation of winemakers, the Taylors' dynasty began in 1969 and has consistently produced top drops especially in the mid-range of the market, such as this very tasty sauv blanc, one of our fav white styles. Fresh and zippy with tropical fruit giving way to citrus on the palate, it's a winner for the coming summer from SA's Clare Valley. Team with barbecued Moreton Bay bugs and someone you love.

Sauvignon Blanc
Flinty/smoky nose - some toast. Palate balanced with good weight and length of tropical fruits.
