Pale straw with a brilliant green hue on release.
Wine Bouquet
Grapefruit and citrus characters on the nose with background nashi pear, subtle tropical and lemon zest.
Wine Palate
Fruit filled front and mid palate, nashi pear, grapefruit, light tropical flavours. Delicate texture, elegant and smooth with balanced acidity providing a refreshing finish.
Cellaring Notes
A style to be enjoyed in it's youth. Best consumed as a young, fresh wine. Ideal drinking upon release and throughout 2013.
