Wine Colour
At release, the wine is a youthful pale straw colour with a slight green hue to the edges.

Wine Bouquet
The wine has lifted aromas of apricots, orange blossom and honey nectar along with characters of stone fruits. Enticing sweet spice and subtle savoury oak add complexity to the bouquet.

Wine Palate
This is a medium-bodied yet sumptuous wine with an enjoyable creaminess to the mid-palate. Flavours of dried apricots balance well with spice and toasty cedar oak. The finish has wonderful persistence and length from the use of quality French oak.
