Wine Colour

Upon release the wine has a pale straw colour with subtle green highlights.

Wine Bouquet

The wine first has restrained floral aromas of orange blossom and rose petal and then later strong regional and varietal aromas of lime zest appear.

Wine Palate

On release, the wine has a fresh lemon-lime flavoured palate with a crisp acid backbone. The finish has a subtle, pleasing minerally character.

Suggested Food Matching

Try it with lime and chilli chicken stirfry or the most sublime match is with fresh, natural oysters.

Cellaring Notes

This wine has been crafted to be both enjoyed while young and fresh but also to age. With careful cellaring (up to and beyond 2010) the wine will develop toast, honey and rich lime characters on the nose and palate.
