In a world-first wine and temperature pop-up experience, Taylors Wines teamed up with Duncan Welgemoed, head chef of acclaimed Adelaide restaurant Africola, to create Celsius - a unique evening of wine, food and technology to stimulate the senses and prove just how much temperature affects the food we eat and the wine we drink.
Chef Duncan personally crafted the Celsius menu, focusing each dish on the art and importance of temperature paired with wines poured at the perfect drinking temperature.
