At release, the wine is a pale straw with a slight green hue to the edge.

Fresh flavours of stone fruit combine with cashews and an underlying toastiness from the barrel fermentation to deliver a mouth-filling and enjoyable wine. The wine has a clean, elegant palate, a zesty acid backbone and long, persistent finish.
A small portion of this wine was barrel fermented and then lees stirred for 4 months. After 6 - 8 months maturation in French oak, the wine was blended and bottled.
Crafted for immediate enjoyment but will cellar for a short term under ideal conditions.
