At release the wine is a pale straw with a hint of salmon pink.

The wine has enticing aromas of ripe pear, baked apple along with a hint of vanilla and cinnamon spice.

This wine, crafted in the French style of the varietal, has layers of flavour across the palate. At its core is ripe pear with a hint of tropical fruit and fresh strawberries. The palate is both soft and elegant; the textural elements well balanced with fruit crispness. The overall nature of the wine lends itself to a myriad of food pairings.

Crafted for immediate enjoyment but will cellar over a short term under ideal conditions.
