nose

An attractive aroma with fresh white nectarine, faint peach, melon and lime varietal fruit. The bouquet is complex with yeasty mealy savoury creme Brulle layers and behind this is some classy minerality and subtle influence of vanillin and spicy French oak.

palate

This mouthfilling wine is juicy, fleshy and has a great shape, fresh acidity running across the palate which brings youthful vitality. Puckering fine tannins add length. The wine has great aromantic harmony with varietal expression of pineapple and guava in the mix whilst the oak hangs seamlessly in the background.

oak maturation

Usually 9 months possibly longer in 1-4 year old French Oak Barriques chosen from the Burgundy regions.

cellaring notes

Crafted for immediate enjoyment but will cellar over a medium term under ideal conditions.
