Nose: There are lifted dark cherry and black plum aromas along with subtle dusty spice, dried rose petals and rich polished leather overtones.

Palate:This is a rich wine with berry-laden, dark chocolate characters underpinned by a hint of sweet leather. The oak maturation brings depth and length to the palate with a lovely tannin line. The wine is very well balanced with well integrated oak and the finish is persistent and imminently enjoyable

Colour: At release, the wine has a concentrated dark purple colour with a deep violet hue to the edges.
