2 x Heritage Shiraz 2023. This Clare Valley wine continues the legacy of excellence set by the 2022 vintage, which earned the title Best Wine in the World. It boasts 16 Gold Medals and 3 Trophies, including Best in Show by Varietal at the USA Wine Ratings. Crafted with elegance and depth, it brims with dark plum and blackberry, lifted by a touch of spice. Pair it with aged cheeses or slow-cooked lamb shanks.
2 x Heritage Riesling 2024. With 6 Gold Medals and 2 Trophies, this is an impressive Clare Valley Riesling. It’s vibrant and zesty, bursting with lemon tart, interwoven with layers of grapefruit, tropical fruit and honeydew melon with a hint of marmalade. Pair it with pan-seared scallops or Thai Green Curry.
2 x Heritage Cabernet Sauvignon 2022. This is a rich, ripe Clare Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from the excellent 2022 vintage, with 2 Gold Medals. It delivers distinctive blackcurrant and cassis flavours, subtle cedar and spice from oak. Pair it with beef lasagna and enjoy!
