Selected for their uniqueness of character and outstanding quality the Reserve Parcel wines represent the finest aspects of each vintage. This medium-bodied GSM (Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre) is full of fresh plum, dark chocolate undertones, hints of spice and a smooth, satisfying finish.

Tasting Notes

Nose: The wine has an aroma of satsuma plum, dark chocolate and a touch of subtle spice and white pepper.

Palate:This is a medium-bodied wine with fresh fruity flavours of plum initially that transition to spiced fruit compote on the mid-palate. There are enticing hints of chocolate that weave into a fine, delicate tannin structure which lingers enticingly on the back palate. Overall, the wine is well-balanced with a satisfying mix of primary fruit and secondary complexity.

Colour: At release the wine is a dark red colour with youthful rose and violet hues.
