Selected for their uniqueness of character and outstanding quality the Reserve Parcel wines represent the finest aspects of each vintage. This Shiraz displays generous fruit flavours of plum and blackberry along with mocha coffee and subtle spice characters from the oak maturation.

Tasting Notes

Nose: The wine has lifted aromas of black plum, redcurrant and cherry fruits along with a touch of oak derived savoury spice.

Palate:The palate is rich, luscious and round with intense, perfectly ripen fruit characters. Dark chocolate and vanilla characters complement the generous red plum and berry flavours. The wine has a well balanced structure with great texture and surprising delicacy to the finish.

Colour: At release the wine is a dark red colour with ruby red hues.
