Nose: Exhibits rich, smooth, buttery aromas of fresh white peaches, melon, honey, and cream with hints of spiced vanilla and cedar.

Palate:This wine bursts with varietal flavours, rich, creamy peach and nectarine. The oak support adds volume and strength across the mid palate, with rich stone fruit, Meyer lemon, honeydew melon, and freshly baked apple pie, leading to a long finish.

Colour: Light to medium yellow with a slight green luminescence and brilliant clarity.

Wine Body:

Oak Maturation: The wine was fermented with American oak to drive the peach and butter tones, to lift the mid palate. It then entered malolactic fermentation with specific yeast to enhance the buttery notes, and was matured for a short period in American oak barrels before being bottled.

Vintage Condition: 2026 was a challenging vintage with a warm start, intermittent rainfall events and a long even cool finish.

Cellaring Notes: Crafted for immediate enjoyment but will cellar till 2030, possibly longer under the right conditions.
