Tasting Notes

Nose: There are rich fruit-of-the-forest berry aromas along with black plum and cinnamon and nutmeg spice.

Palate:This is a rich and luxurious wine with concentrated flavours of black plum, blackberry along with chocolate, mocha and subtle spice. The palate is refined and elegant with the oak maturation bringing depth and length to the palate. The wine is very well balanced with a fine line of tannin, well integrated oak and the finish is persistent and imminently enjoyable.

Colour: At release, the wine a youthful deep red colour with a dark purple hue to the edges.
