Tasting Notes

Nose: At release, the wine displays lifted aromas of raspberry, cherry and violets with enticing vanilla bean, spice and cinnamon from quality oak maturation.

Palate:At release, the wine showcases layers of ripe, dark fruit alongside rich fruit cake characters. The texture is exactly as you would expect with a velvety softness. Oak maturation has delivered flavours of vanilla, mocha and subtle spice and the finish has a pleasing degree of elegance.

Colour: At release, the wine is a dark red with an intense purple hue.
