Nose: Entices with aromas of white peach, creme brulee, honeydew melon, nectarine, fig, pear and floral perfume. A clean, fresh, enticing aroma that should enrich with time.

Palate:A juicy, moreish palate with mouth-watering white pear and excellent shape, that leads to a long finish.

Colour: Great pale varietal colour, light yellow, with a touch of bronze and green hints in the hue.

Oak Maturation: No oak maturation is used, as the focus is on the varietal white juicy pear fruit.

Vintage Condition: 2026 was a weak La Niña, a challenging vintage, warm to start, then wet. Pinot Gris is one of the vintage's stars: delicate, concentrated, with focused varietal expression.

Cellaring Notes: Crafted for immediate enjoyment but will cellar to 2028, possibly longer.
