Oak Maturation: Matured in a combination of older American oak barrels and French oak staves, in stainless vessels for up to 9 months.

Vintage Condition: 2024 experienced a flash El Niño. Dry, warm and fast. These conditions led to a ripe vintage, with fruit of good concentration and ample varietal expression.

Cellaring Notes: Crafted for immediate enjoyment but will cellar for up to 7 years under the right conditions.
