There is a delicate perfume of red cherry and stewed plum with underlying delicate cinnamon spice.

This is a light to medium-bodied wine with a delicate texture. On the palate, there is a delicious sour cherry flavour with hints of ripe strawberry along with a touch of spice from French oak. Overall, the palate is crisp and crunchy with a long, graceful and wonderfully persistent finish.

The wine was matured in premium French oak barrels (ranging from 1 to 4 year old) for 9 months before being bottled.
