Jaraman Pinot Noir 2025

Nose: Brims with intense aromas of blueberry and cherries with faint strawberry and raspberry, a hit of thyme, cedar wood and tobacco in the background. Smells like wild strawberries in a fog-covered forest.

Palate:Elegant with great varietal shape, soft, round, and luscious with a fleshy textural mid-palate. The balance is superb, with French oak cradling the fruit, providing a delicate yet powerful finish.

Colour: A red brick core with a garnet base, quite a pale hue in its youth. Will evolve gracefully over the next 3-8 years.

Oak Maturation: Following brief fermentation and malolactic fermentation, the wine was matured in French oak barrels aged 2-5 years, then bottled.

Cellaring Notes: Crafted for immediate enjoyment but will cellar for 5+ years.
