Nose: It has intense lifted aromas of tropical passionfruit along with freshly cut grass and subtle mineral salt.

Palate:The wine is vibrant and lively with delicious flavours of passionfruit and green apple along with some subtle herbaceous characters and a hint of minerality that is typical of the region. Texturally, it is very elegant and delivers a sophisticated version of a very popular white wine variety.

Colour: On release the wine is a very pale straw colour with a youthful green hue.
