Nose: Brims with an array of chamomile, frangipani, roses and orange blossom, complemented by freshly squeezed lime juice and lime zest.

Palate:Delicate acidity adds length and poise, with the pure flavours of lime juice complemented by orange blossom, leading to a graceful and seamless finish.

Colour: A pale straw with a green hue and brilliant clarity.

Oak Maturation: Oak maturation is not employed in Reserve Riesling, which is intended as an expression of the power and beauty of the Riesling variety from the Clare Valley, focused, precise, aromatic, lime and citrus.

Vintage Condition: 2026 was a weak La Niña, a challenging vintage, warm to start, then wet. The Riesling comes from the start of the vintage and is delicate, concentrated, with focused varietal expression.

Cellaring Notes: Crafted for immediate enjoyment but will cellar for 10 years under the right conditions.
