Palate:Soft, fruit-forward and playful, this wine boasts fresh flavours of cherries, raspberries and strawberries, silky white chocolate notes from oak, and tannins which deliver remarkable length.

Colour: A deep purple with a crimson hue, brilliant and clear.

Wine Body:

Oak Maturation: Deploys a combination of older American oak barrels and French oak staves in stainless vessels for a period of roughly 9 months. The actual time frame is decided by taste and the aim of the oak work is to keep the fruit focus front and centre and have the oak profile lift up and support the palate structure.
