Nose: There are fresh notes of white pear and nectarine with layers of passionfruit, rosewater and lychee adding aromatic complexity.

Palate:This wine displays vibrant white pear and nectarine characters with subtle notes of lime, honeydew melon and passionfruit.

Colour: At release, the wine has a pale straw colour with light golden tones and a subtle rose-gold hue.

Vintage Condition: Pinot Gris is machine harvested into draining bins in the cool mornings. The bins allow in field drainage which minimises colour pickup enroute to the winery. Harvest dates in 2026 were mid vintage for the Adelaide Hills around the 24th of March 2026. 2026 being a challenging season which ended up being long and very cool.
