Nose: There are lifted notes of strawberry, sour cherry and subtle blackcurrant, with hints of aniseed and dark plum. Gentle French oak influence brings nuances of light char and cedar, while faint earthy characters add savoury complexity to the bouquet.

Palate:This is a fresh and delicate wine with juicy palate weight, showing vibrant flavours of plum, red and black berries and a hint of cinnamon. The palate is mouthfilling yet supple and graceful, with gentle blackcurrant notes adding depth. Fine, well-integrated tannins from subtle oak influence provide structure, precision and length, while bright acidity keeps the palate energetic and expressive.

Colour: At release, the wine displays a bright cherry red colour with youthful crimson tones.
