It is kept fresh by the medium acidity of the wine, which allows the palate to have good drive and focus with a seamless balance to ensure the structure is as delicate as the fruit profile. This wine leaves a crisp and dry finish. This wine is made to be enjoyed in its youth. This would pair well with a cheese board, or with seafood.
