A soft and fleshy shiraz boasting a lively palate of juicy red berry fruits, plum and spice, along with subtle chocolate and savoury characters from the oak maturation.

Nose: The wine has enticing aromas of fresh pear along with a hint of ginger spice.

Palate:A light to medium bodied Pinot Gris with flavours of freshly cut nashi pear and subtle hints of ginger spice. The wine feels smooth in the mouth and walks the perfect line between soft and crisp. This is a dry style of white wine that will confidently pair with many food styles or can just be enjoyed on its own.

Colour: At release the wine is a pale straw with a hint of youthful green.
