The aim with this wine was to craft an elegant wine with a crisp and refreshing palate that finishes with lively balanced acidity.

Nose: The wine displays vibrant, zesty grapefruit aromas along with lifted honeysuckle and a touch of mineral salt.

Palate:A light bodied wine with fresh and juicy lemon, pear and green apple fruit flavours, finishing crisp and refreshing on the palate.

Colour: At release, the wine is a very pale straw colour.
